Don't bother. My daughter's provider decided that she doesn't need her medication because "there's no job to maintain". She is struggling and her provider told her last month that she would consider giving her meds back this month and then went back on her word. This month the provider decided that she now needs more support but still won't give her meds back. Let's place more requirements on someone who is barely functioning as it is and has already given up everything you asked. She hasn't had a job recently so she doesn't need one apparently. This is exactly what was told to us.

βI want to write this review from a place of honesty and mutual understanding. I know firsthand that addiction can create a lot of chaos. Those of us who have struggled or relapsed can sometimes be difficult, make a mess of things, or act out of desperation, and I truly understand why pharmacy staff might build up walls or biases because of what they deal with. But I am praying that the pharmacy can try to understand us, too. βWhen you carry a label from your past, especially in a smaller community, it feels impossible to be seen for who you are today. I have over ten years of recovery with just one relapse, yet I am still treated with immediate suspicion when I pick up my mental health medications like sertraline. When there are dispensing errors or miscommunications about deliveries, the default is to accuse and judge rather than to help. βWe are all human, and life is entirely unpredictableβanyone could easily find themselves on the other side of the counter, needing a little grace. I am doing my absolute best to have patience and compassion for how difficult the pharmacy's job is, and I just pray they can start extending that same compassion and understanding to patients like m

Please don't go here. I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (diagnosed at 16, I'm 40) and was flat refused treatment even though I had clear evidence of this autoimmune disorder via blood work ordered and processed by CHAS. When I was told to kick rocks, I explained that this was a medical malpractice lawsuit in the making. As a result, they scheduled me an "appointment" with a doctor in under 30 minutes. Rather than being seen, I was led to the conference/boardroom and was given a lecture about respect by a nurse and 2 paper pushers who never completed medical school. I never saw a doctor for the supposed appointment that they lied about scheduling me for. They 100% brought in under the false pretense that I was going to get medical care and instead they demanded I sign a paper saying that I understood that they could deny me care based on the "threat" of a lawsuit for medical malpractice and for "yelling and cussing at the staff." 1. I don't raise my voice at people. 2. I was sobbing. 3. Any cussing was not directed at the employee and was ONLY done AFTER the employee gave me verbal permission to express my frustration. The phone staff expressed no issues with me expressing my exaspera

My partner started going to chas about a year ago. I went to his doctor's appointment today with him to see Caitlin Miller. When we both explained that we both have had ringworm for the last 3 years and that no topicals have work seeing multiple doctors, what does Caitlin do but prescribed another topical. I explained to her that is destroying our lives and our finances constantly doing laundry buying cleaning supplies and topical creams and that this has deteriorated our relationship. And I even wrote down what type of ringworm it was after studying it for the last 3 years trying to get rid of it I finally found answers recently on what medications worked for someone else. She saw the scars on his arms but refused to believe he has an active infection even with me showing her all of the sores I got from letting him stay at my place one night. I even had pictures of the active infection I got from him which spread all over my arms and legs. She shook her head at the pictures and shook her head at the research I have been very carefully studying. Why would I go there to advocate for him myself show photos and evidence of what this is and what hasn't worked and continue to just pres

If you want good health care avoid Chaz and call the number on the back of your medical card for a list of doctors who will actually provide you with your medicines you have been stablized with for multiple years. This place cut me off meds and changed my heart pill to something on my allergy list without telling me. I ended up in the emergency room to get my medicine. Had a preventable heart attack because of these idiots not giving me my heart medicine. Save yourself some grief avoid Chaz you qualify for real doctors even if you are low income. This was my first visit definitely my last visit too
